I got accepted into biomed uni extension at monash and was wondering who else got in? And for anyone who previously did the course, how'd you guys find it?

Hi there!

I completed BMS1021 and BMS1052 in 2014. I would say coming from a non-biology background, they were both pretty challenging, but they are not too bad.

BMS1021 was a bit all over the place for me, but since you have completed Bio 3/4 a good chunk of the unit should be revision for you (from what I heard from my friends).

BMS1052 was definitely the more challenging unit in terms of the amount of content you have to learn, but definitely more interesting and rewarding. Definitely try to keep up to date with the content as much as you can!
