What were the prize and HD cut offs for the Intermediate divisions year 9 between 2006-2015?

No problem - given it's mathematics, i've moved it to the Mathematics parent board in VCE. I know it's a national competition, but I feel your question will be better answered in the VCE section. Cheers

Not sure, but I'd expect between 75 and 85. Just give it your best and you may be pleasantly surprised to find that you've upped the cutoff! :)

I got the answer to an 7 mark (I think) question but I didn't write it down because I forgot to reread the question after spending 5 minutes working stuff out. I thought the question was asking for something extra when it wasn't. *sigh*
Hope it goes better next year.
