Um... Hi, just recently I got my SS it was a 43.
so these are my sac scores for the year
Health and Human development completed 2016

Unit 3:
A+ (98%) 49/50
A+ (100%)46/46
A 43/50 (86%).
Unit 3 average 93.8% (A+) (boarder line A+)

Unit 4:
A+ 43/45 (95%)
A+ 30/30 (100%)
A+48/50 (96%) (Boarder line A+)
Unit 4 average: 96% (A+)

Exam score: A+
raw SS score: 43

Um, throughout the year, I just did study notes, memorised the topic and made A LOT of funny acronyms . Me and my friend we made study notes on our own and then we compared our notes to add detail. The thing about HHD is using key terms to answer the question and trying a lot of exam papers. Both  my friend and I did around 10-15 exam papers and got the same result.

Good luck, and I hope this helped. Sorry, I'm doing further maths in 2017 so I can't really tell you what I get... yet  :)
