Hello, I'm doing extended investigation this year and I was just wondering what study scores other people got in this subject last year. I'm aiming for a study score of 40 or above, did anyone get above 40 and if so how much work did you put in?

Hi
I come from Elizabeth Blackburn School of Sciences, where we all had to do 7 subjects and science based EI reports. I didn't put much work in because I knew pretty much from the start it would be my 7th and focused more on biology. I didn't particularly like my topic, so wasn't interested and so I had no real motivation. I did worse than I had hoped (but well enough in bio so it doesn't matter). At EBSS we all do it in year 11 which I'd recommend because the two (published) 40+s (out of about 70 kids) students did put in a lot of time and effort.
Hope you do well this year :)
