What are the usual band cut offs?

I'm wondering if Ext 1 is worth preparing for for me. I have 12 units and I'd want to get an E3*(not e2 lol) in Ext 1.

I've been doing only some past papers like done 3-4 for Ext 1 but doing 4-5 more over the next few days.

and if it helps, I got 58% in Independent trials and only did past papers the 2 days before ( had a 2 day break). Wondering if I can get an E3! If not I will just go a bit easier on it preparing for the double science exams in week 4.

Regarding the cutoffs you need to refer to the raw marks database.

Thanks. And I'm just wondering but what were the hardest papers in the last few years? the past papers I did were a bit older and I'm gonna just do 5 from the recent ones now.

Whilst something like 2013 was a spike, I feel in general that the older the papers are the harder they were.

That being said, at this point doing the recent ones has more of an advantage in that the structure of the paper matches what you'll see on the day. (E.g. no M/C before 2012)
