If you meet anyone (alive or not), who would it be and why?

Basically the thread goes: "I'd like to meet <person here> because <reason>".

I'm letting someone else start this one off, so let's go!

I would meet everyone I've met and gotten along with in life so far and tell them "Soon, friend. Soon..."

tbh soz to sound so negative here, but like I actually dont think people like steve jobs, bill gates, mark zuckerberg are actually that fascinating to talk to - sure, they've landed some pre solid success but there's people we've all met who are one in a million who aren't widely known.

For me personally I'd like to meet up with anyone who makes their surrounding environment a better place and truly make an impact on those around them - because it's people like those that you could actually be inspired by and actually learn from.

Also, I agree with Swag - to me, success has absolutely nothing to do with money, business etc.  In fact, I almost assume that anyone who's called a 'success' is probably not what I'd think as successful (which I think is related to contentment, helpfulness, relationships, etc.)

But actually... I'm torn between Mother Teresa and the current (or previous) Dalai Lama!  Both have so much to teach about living a compassionate and fulfilled life that I'd love to learn and watch.

Yeah I have to agree with insanipi, I would love to meet the entire an team. That would be awesome. Despite being new, I'm gradually getting to know each one of you a bit better

Craig Mottram. It's amazing that despite being so driven and passionate about his running, he managed to mentally survive seven months of no running due to injury! And then come back into superb form! That must take some insane discipline.
