ATAR Notes Awards 2016 - VIC Nominations

With the exception of the very last award category, national moderators will NOT be eligible. For VIC that's Aaron, heidii, Shepherd41, literally lauren, melting meithy, spectroscopy and vox nihili. Honorary moderators/admins are also not eligible. The state moderators ARE eligible for any award category

This is a change from previous years!

Previously, ONLY the overall MVP awards were not allowed for nat mods?  Is this change intentional? (i.e. we could be funny or good at English or IRC freaks, not just scary mods...)

i.e. I don't want to be robbed of my chance to get just one award
