[STA1010] Rescaling scores with mean and standard deviation

Came across this question, not sure how to go about it:

Marks on a test are out of 30. The mean mark is 22 with standard deviation 5.
Marks have to be rescaled to be out of 20.

Find the new mean of the rescaled marks.
