Exam performance VS SS

Hey guys, just wanted to know what exam scores out of 150 were required for a score of 45+ from 2013 onward.

not too sure so maybe wait for someone who knows exactly.

2013/2014 i think ~140/150 was around  45 
2015 ~145/150 would've been a 45
