Son of a bitch! Monash Authcate system.

I'm almost on the verge of panicking at the moment. My Authcate username/password is no longer valid, and I can't get a hold of the service desk. I know my username and password are correct, but after the "username/password do not match or you do not have access to this system" error message, I went to the forgotten password system and got these error messages:

Change Password: Error
ERROR: The names that you entered did not match the details in our database.

Press the browser's "back" button, change the information you entered and try again.

ERROR: Could not find username in our database

Press the browser's "back" button, change the information you entered and try again.

What the fuck do I do? I wrote a ticket to the ITS system but how long will that take? Can anyone help me here? Wtf?!?!?

This is the only thing I can think of, I apologise in advance:

Have you actually created a new username/password, or are you trying to use the same one that you created to accept your scholarship?

Using the same one I created to accept my scholarship. Why... is this bad?

I had to make a new one, my scholarship one doesn't work either
from here: https://mdsadmin.monash.edu.au/cgi-bin/register, use the monash ID they gave you

(which is annoying, because my username has a 4 in it now, I thought 3 was bad enough :K)

Yeah, my scholarship account didn't work either. When I created a new account, it gave me a password error twice but I was able to log in with the second password I attempted. At least that's over now! =P

Who else has done their timetable? If all goes to plan, I'll be a free man on Thursdays =D

It's not that bad...

Authcate integrates with EVERYTHING...which is really handy (compared to learning multiple passwords)
