At the end of the day the quality of the lecture and notes comes down to the author and/or presenter. So you might find that one lecture with TSFX is great, whilst another is terrible (this was my experience anyway). Whilst the notes are pretty comprehensive, this has a fair bit to do with the fact that, in my opinion:
a) TSFX use pretty big line spacing in their notes, meaning that they have more pages.
b) They tend to use a lot of pictures (some necessary, others definitely not).
c) They contain a lot of activities (again, some useful, others pointless).
d) In my experience, the notes contain a lot of unnecessary information.
I personally belief that the TSFX notes are quite overrated, and I wouldn't be paying $100+ per lecture just for the notes.
Further, I'd be quite careful when it comes to English lectures, just because the usefulness of them is limited to an extent, because different schools study different subjects. Therefore, I'd recommend attending ATARNotes' free English lecture (because it's free, so you've got nothing to lose really), and a text-specific lecture hosted by another organisation (such as VATE).
Best of luck!
